∎ BBA/MBA
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain client's relation and recommend strategic steps to keep existing clients as well as adding new potential clients.
∎ Implement effective marketing strategy to enhance the business growth of the company.
∎ Weekly visit to potential and existing customers
∎ Maintain strong relationship with foreign Principal and arrange all logistic support as per their requirements.
∎ Maintain good relationship and liaison with Govt agencies.
∎ Regular monitor all tenders in various website of Govt agencies and advise Principal accordingly.
∎ Tender preparation and submission.
∎ Meet all queries of customers after arranging from Principal within deadline in tender submission stage, evaluation stage as well as execution stage.
∎ Assist Principal in submitting tenders in case of direct submission.
∎ To keep liaison with Private work order agency and meet their query promptly to ensure order in favor of Principal.
∎ Prepare quarterly report as per requirement of Principal including competitor activities with sales volume, Price, new product entry, Power sector policy of the Govt, change in Tax/VAT structure impacting the import etc.
∎ Search for overseas business opportunities and do correspondence with them.
∎ Maintain social media of the Company.
∎ Any other related assignment as requested by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 26 years
∎ 1-2 years in relevant field
∎ Should have strong analytical skills and aptitude.
∎ Should be proactive, positive and have a pleasant personality with a strong attitude to work in challenging and ever demanding situations.
∎ Excellent report writing, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
∎ Good command in English
∎ Skilled in MS office, Adobe Illustrator
