Additional Requirements: - 2–3 years of relevant experience in business development and financial/market research.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data and develop actionable insights.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial modeling is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and reporting to senior leadership
Responsibilities & Context: Assist the COO in developing new business plans, including conducting market assessments, competitor analysis, and preparing basic financial models to evaluate viability and profitability.
Analyze internal and external data to identify new business opportunities (products, services, markets, or partnerships) and propose actionable recommendations.
Lead or contribute to research initiatives focused on market trends, customer needs, and financial performance of existing business lines to inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand customer segments, market feedback, and performance data. Provide insights to refine go-to-market strategies.
Track KPIs, prepare periodic reports on business initiatives, and provide insights to improve business outcomes and operational efficiency.
Work closely with internal departments (sales, marketing, finance, operations) to ensure alignment and implementation of business initiatives.
Handle additional assignments from the COO or management, including preparing presentations, documentation, and participating in strategy workshops or meetings.
