Educational Requirements:
∎ University degree, preferable in Marketing / Business Administration / Advertising / Communication. Relevant postgraduate studies or MBA will be considered as an asset.

Job Context:
∎ A renowned business conglomerate in Bangladesh is also the sole distributor of an internationally favoured brand of lubricants, offering all kinds of lubricants, greases, coolants and functional fluids solutions.
∎ They are expanding their business throughout the country. The company is now looking for a capable, energetic and proactive individual to fill the position of Executive - Brand Activation for Marketing Department.
∎ Job Role: Introduce consumers to a new brand (or to a new release from a well-known brand) in a memorable way that associates the specific products with a longer-term positive experience and brand pull. Possess excellent consulting, communication and engagement skills, coupled with the ability to influence senior stakeholders in establishing / delivering transformational agenda to meet strategic objectives.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve category and segment wise budgeted ABP & AMP.
∎ Manage broadly the 4Ps: Product - Promotion - Place - Price
∎ Plan, roll out and evaluate all 7P Activities to create TOM & SOM.
∎ Understand business and translate stakeholders needs into value proposition for generating brand pull, sales and profit for the company.
∎ Ensure brand/product visibility through ATL, BTL & TTL activities.
∎ Assist in on-going control of annual marketing budget.
∎ Regular visits & relationship building events with key clients all over Bangladesh.
∎ Develop and implement periodic qualitative (Brand health, CSI) and quantitative (Market share, Census) research waves, pre-launch tests and focus groups.
∎ Strong analytical skills and ability to convert findings delivered through analysis into actionable with audio-visual presentation.
∎ Market intelligence and periodic in-depth update of competition with audio visual report.
∎ Work efficiently & effectively with internal cross functional teams, vendors and agencies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales & marketing or brand activation within Retail / FMCG / Engine Oil Industry including retail network & brand / product management.
∎ Advance level proficiency in MS Office, conceptual skill in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, visual graphics and Internet surfing.

Salary: Negotiable
