Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 🔹 Customer Engagement & Promotion:
∎ Actively promote the Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) service to walk-in and prospective customers.
∎ Encourage eligible customers to adopt BNPL facilities by explaining features, benefits, and repayment terms.
∎ To build the confidence of showroom salespeople to offer BNPL.
∎ Collaborate with showroom/sales teams to identify and approach target customers.
∎ 🔹 Follow-Up & Recovery:
∎ Maintain regular communication with BNPL customers to ensure on-time installment payments.
∎ Conduct follow-up calls, SMS, and in-person visits as necessary to recover overdue amounts.
∎ Maintain updated records of follow-up status, promises to pay, and collection efforts.
∎ 🔹 Target Achievement:
∎ Ensure monthly recovery and collection targets are met.
∎ Proactively identify potential defaulters and take preventive action.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on BNPL performance and recovery trends.
∎ 🔹 Documentation & Compliance:
∎ Ensure all BNPL applications are properly documented, verified, and compliant with internal policies.
∎ Assist in resolving customer queries or disputes related to BNPL services.
