Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep close connections with BEZA & others related govt. associates like Titas gas and Building strong relationships.
∎ Assist supervisor in preparing draft of MOU and vendor contractor as per company policy.
∎ Assist supervisor in others jobs(upcoming project plan, Event management).
∎ Making Liaison with different Govt. Office like: BEZA, Titas Gas (Zonal and Head office).
∎ Triparty agreement renew(BEZA, Titas, Bay Economic Zone Ltd.)
∎ CS & work/purchase order issue for gas related work(vendor selection)
∎ Pipe and fittings and import DRS related all materials.
∎ Road cutting for pipe distribution of Titas gas line at Bay Economic Zone Ltd.
∎ Making CS & work/Purchase order issue for gas pipe and fittings with selected contractor as per Titas Gas guideline.
∎ 12' & 8'pipe and fittings, DRS and CP pipe and materials to be imported from China and Local supplier.
∎ Land transfer to Titas for DRS station.
∎ DRS related all drawing and layout coordinate for acceptance from Titas gas.
∎ All materials import related work for Bay Economic Zone Ltd. gas line purpose(LC documents collect from bank and work with C&F agent as an employee of Bay Economic Zone Ltd.)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years

Salary: Negotiable
