Responsibilities & Context:

Customer Handling & Communication

  • Greet customers and understand their vehicle issues clearly

  • Explain service processes, timelines, and costs in a professional manner

  • Maintain regular communication with customers regarding service updates

    Service Coordination

  • Coordinate between customers and the service/technical team

  • Ensure smooth vehicle check-in and delivery process

  • Schedule service appointments efficiently

    Complaint Management

  • Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally

  • Ensure quick resolution and follow-up on issues

  • Maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty

    Documentation & Records

  • Maintain accurate customer and vehicle service records

  • Prepare job cards, invoices, and service reports

  • Update CRM systems with relevant data

    Upselling & Service Promotion

  • Inform customers about additional services, offers, and maintenance plans

  • Promote value-added services and service packages

    Customer Feedback & Retention

  • Collect feedback after service completion

  • Work on improving customer experience based on feedback

  • Build long-term relationships with customers

    Follow-Up

  • Follow up with customers for periodic maintenance and service reminders

  • Ensure repeat business and customer retention
