Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Com, M.Com / C.A. (CC) preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To physically verify inventories.
∎ Investigate the occurrence of fraud, theft, waste & manipulation.
∎ Confirm that all receipts, delivery returns & balances of goods are recorded.
∎ Check that WIP items are properly identified & recorded.
∎ Check inter-company transfers of goods.
∎ Check various steps of production, consumption including Power, Water etc.
∎ Production stage wise reconciliation of input- output and balance quantity.
∎ Check PO wise consumption as per the budget.
∎ Check the production recipe with the cost sheet & actual consumption.
∎ Check & assess the wastage / waste material.
∎ Check reprocessed/ redyed goods & compare with its costing.
∎ Monitor disposal of goods.
∎ Check the bottle neck process,
∎ Check the input / Output ratio.
∎ Monitor PO wise, Color wise, yarn composition wise % of waste defectives & defective units.
∎ Check & monitor compliance with established policies & procedures.
∎ To check & verify the financial & non-financial recording.
∎ Any other task assigned time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Willing to live and work in factory premises at Hotapara, Gazipur.
∎ Work in accordance with the roaster policy (shifting duty) if requires.
∎ Have an experience in Garments, Textile, Spinning & Washing Plant sectors.
∎ Have a sense of urgency.
∎ Excellent persuasion skill
∎ Should have excellent command in Computer Operation particularly in MS Office.
∎ Good skill in English.
∎ Knowledge of local laws & regulations.
