Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sell the prospective building management services to the targeted clients.
∎ Responsible for achieving the assigned sales target.
∎ Ensure all work quoted must comply with the company policy and operationally feasible.
∎ Ensure a sound harmony in work and communication with operations team.
∎ Maintain rapport with the existing customers to retain them effectively.
∎ Visit targeted number of clients & maintain a relationship with them.
∎ Ensure that contract start up is completed to customer’s satisfaction.
∎ Follow up all sales presentation.
∎ Responsible for incessant update of all the information on local market trends and competition.
∎ Any other job assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have the knowledge on the building management services.
∎ Must have excellent communication skills in both oral & written in English.
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill the responsibilities and be result oriented.
∎ Ability to work with a team.
∎ Should be smart, dynamic and proactive with positive thinking approach.
∎ Ready to work under stress & pressure.
∎ Applicant must be capable to handle client in any situation.
Salary: Negotiable
