• Good at English speaking & writing

• Computer basics (MS word, Excel, MS office)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Smart & well attired

• The ideal candidates need to Contact and collect information from the clients to prepare their all countries visa application.

• Write customized forwarding letters for individual clients.Complete online visa application correctly.

• Schedule appointments with the Embassy.

• Prepare all the documents according to the checklist and hand over to clients Take payments.

• Maintain ongoing communication with the clients and other stake holders.

• Issue tickets and other travel documents.

• Assist passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling, and addressing any special needs or concerns throughout their travel journey.

• Conduct daily analysis of market competition and industry trends to identify opportunities for sales growth and develop strategies accordingly.

• Stay updated on airline policies, fare structures, and industry regulations to provide accurate information to customers and team members.
