∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Tour and Travel Agency, Airline Ticket Reservation, Airline Ticketing, Reservation/ Ticketing, Tourist visa processing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deal with customer inquiries and reservations, both in person and over the phone
∎ Provide customers with information regarding flight schedules, fares, and connections.
∎ Issue tickets, boarding passes, and other travel documents
∎ Help passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling, and special needs
∎ Assist customers with problems that may arise during travel
∎ Process ticket changes and refunds
∎ Assist in other duties such as scheduling flights and handling customer complaints

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
