∎ 5 to 9 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Farm Management, Fisheries sector, Plant Breeding
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for entire livestock farms operations & monitor Fisheries, Agro, Plantation management.
∎ Supervise and coordinate herd and the day to-day operation of the dairy and upkeep of the facilities.
∎ The ability to drive, operate and maintain farm machinery
∎ Regular follow-up and monitoring, prepare project report, case studies and documentation of best practices, liaison with project head and different research organizations.
∎ Harvest fruits and vegetables, tree plantation, fish farming in pond.
∎ Implement, monitor, and evaluate agriculture programs that encompass a range of activities such as natural resource management & agribusiness.
∎ To handle disinfection & bio-security program.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ The applicant should be self-driven to work under pressure, result oriented with 'can do' attitude and ability to work sincerely and independently.
∎ Must be computer literate, preparing the reports in words, excel, PowerPoint etc.
∎ Applicant should have the capability to supervise & monitoring of the daily activities of staffs.
