Job Responsibilities:
∎ To perform all office administrative work and update all relevant records, files and documents
∎ To arrange utility support services and take preventive measures to avoid any hamper normal office functioning
∎ Drafting all kinds official letter
∎ Daily floor visit and ensure house keeping
∎ Ensure good discipline in production floor
∎ Checking and calculation of pertaining bills and allowance for applicable cases
∎ Ensure canteen management
∎ Guest house & Indian expertise dormitory management
∎ Ensure health, hygienic and safety workplace
∎ Any other job assigned by the management
