Job Context:
∎ Will assist the Associate Manager in Accounts.
∎ We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive . A candidate who is dynamic, highly motivated, reliable and who understands and appreciates the importance of a team effort.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Issue Sales Invoice on time.
∎ Ensure Collection on Time.
∎ Process Vendor Invoices.
∎ Entry day to day transactions in ERP software.
∎ AP & AR Report update on daily basis.
∎ Bank Reconciliation.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 1 years sales experience in relevant field.
∎ Experience from a NVOCC background is preferred, but a candidate with VOCC or freight forwarder experience may also apply.
∎ Must be knowledgeable in all aspects of inside and outside accounting techniques and procedures.
∎ Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and organization skills
∎ Must enjoy a fast paced, multi-tasking.
∎ Knowledge on MS Office is must.
Salary: Negotiable
