Educational Requirements:
∎ Business Post Graduate in Accounting (Masters/ MBA preferable)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ VAT & AIT Management.
∎ Collection & bill settlement with customer.
∎ Contractor & Supplier management confirming Bill / Invoice / Delivery & so on.
∎ Prepare purchase & sales VAT 4.2.1, issue 6.3 & confirmation 6.6
∎ VAT Return submission (Monthly) 9.1 & price declaration 4.3
∎ All official documents update like trade license, VAT, Tax, IRC, ERC & so on.
∎ To be responsible for the daily recording and posting of all transactions in the books of accounts/accounting software package.
∎ Develop Financial Planning, institute and ensure financial record keeping and regular reporting as per project.
∎ Must have skilled in Microsoft Excel and basic internet browsing.
∎ Perform any other tasks given by the management.
∎ Stock Management as per ISO format & reporting to superior on daily basis.
∎ Planning & Budgeting for expense and insure on weekly and monthly basis.
∎ Voucher checking verifying & reporting to superior on daily basis.
∎ Facing internal Audit & Management external Audit.
∎ Purchase, Sales Record as well as VAT Accounts update on regular basis.
∎ Generate Delivery challan, Invoice/Bill to customer & preserve it for accounts update.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Accounting and Finance, Tally Software, VAT Management experience.
∎ Driving license is a must & well Rider (Bike).
∎ Experienced candidate will be given preference.
∎ Have to take Challenge & be smart.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent communications skills with strong sense of responsibilities.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
∎ Strong English knowledge for communication with customer.
∎ Excellency on Word / Excel / Power Point.
∎ Excellency on GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principle).

Salary:
∎ Minimum BDT 20,000.00 (Negotiable based on experiences)
