Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ CA CC will be preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reconcile all accounts within the required timeframe and prepare all monthly reports.
∎ Analyze all financial records and assist in consolidating all financial statements.
∎ Prepare all required correspondence, maintain all accounting files on ERP software, and ensure the accuracy of the same.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of the book of accounts.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of making vouchers and posting accounting entries.
∎ Review, check, and clarify any types of expenditures and all bill vouchers with the proper approval.
∎ Input daily transactions into the accounting software.
∎ submit a daily report to the senior management.
∎ Ensure accountability for all financial transactions.
∎ Comply with the company's accounting policies as well as international accounting standards.
∎ Assist the audit team in conducting the financial audit on time.
∎ Any other work assigned by the management, where necessary
