Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all accounts related books and documents (cash and bank book, general ledger book, cheque register, stock register, salary register, fixed assets register, bank reconciliation) and other relevant registers.
∎ Handling cash & Bank related work.
∎ Withdraw and handle the petty cash.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate filing of VAT Returns in accordance with local regulations.
∎ Maintain comprehensive records of all VAT-related transactions, invoices, and receipts.
∎ Prepare and maintain VAT registers Musak-6.1, 6.2, 9.1 as per law.
∎ Prepare and submit VAT return and report with sub form as per law.
∎ Maintain production report as per VAT law.
∎ Preparation of Income Tax A/Cs & Return.
∎ Preparing Feasibility Report/Project Profile/Loan Proposal for existing concerns and/or upcoming concerns of the group.
∎ Correspond with local and foreign banks.
∎ Maintain Relationship & Dealing with Government officials.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of accounting standards, Local Tax, and VAT.
∎ Must be experienced in advanced Excel.
∎ Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English & Bengali.
∎ Pro-active, able to work under pressure.
