• Financial Reporting: Preparing and submitting financial statements, reports, and documents to regulatory agencies and management on a timely basis.

• Bookkeeping and Accounting: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date books of accounts, registers, and financial records.

• Budgeting and Compliance: Overseeing budgets, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures, and recommending improvements.

• Vendor Management: Processing vendor invoices, monitoring payments, and ensuring timely payment for goods and services.

• Auditing and Reconciliation: Conducting financial audits, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring accuracy of financial records.

• Payroll and Tax Management: Calculating payroll, ensuring compliance with tax laws, and preparing annual tax returns.

• Supervision: In some cases, supervising other staff members who assist with bookkeeping duties.

• Communication: Communicating with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding financial matters.
