Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounts, Finance
∎ CA CC/ACCA/CMA is preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the supervisor in managing daily operations of Accounts & Finance Department including: Accounts payable & receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, treasury & budgeting, cash forecast, revenue & expenditure variance analysis, financial data reconciliation & debt activity.
∎ Assist in Preparing & maintaining company accounts by considering all Export and Import transactions, cash and bank transactions, receipt and payment statement, Bank Loans, cash and fund flow statement, stock record, Tax and VAT management etc. etc.
∎ Assist in Preparation of financial statement Trial Balance, Income Statement and Balance Sheet
∎ Preparing vouchers (Receivables, payable and payments). Ensure smooth cash disbursement/ Prepare payments by verifying documentation.
∎ Ability to work under account software environment and pressure. Experience in Tally software for Woven Garments Accounts/Finance/ Stores activity will be a plus point
∎ To prepare report regarding related to daily Export, Bill Submission, Realization, Bill under Collection and Document outstanding and update record keeping accordingly i.e. Export-Import MIS.
∎ To follow up store activity
∎ To coordinate with Commercial/Marketing/Merchandising/Purchase/Store department for smooth functioning
∎ Monthly salary & overtime sheet check
∎ Maintain the Petty Cash.
∎ Preparation of Bank Reconciliation statement
∎ Preparation of subcontractor bills
∎ Other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor for daily routine activities.
