∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Must have 2-4 years practical experience to Accounts & Audit department in Feed Company.
∎ Computer Operating (MS Word and MS Excel) and good communication skills·
∎ Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintaining petty cash fund and bank transactions for disbursements and keep proper records.
∎ Checking all kinds of factory bill & voucher and ensure entry to software on regular basis.
∎ Checking monthly purchase, inventory Report of head office, factory & all depots.
∎ Handling Company Tax and VAT-related paper.
∎ Verifying delivery challan carefully and ensuring challan match with delivery.
∎ Check salary sheet & prepare salary statements.·
∎ Daily Factory all report checking.
∎ Generating various finance and accounting related reports and submitting it to authority.
∎ Monthly inventories audit of all depots & Factory.
∎ All accounts and payment ERP posting.
∎ Any other jobs as & when assigned by the top management.
