Technical Skills:  

• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and experience in working with ERP.

• Self-driven, result-oriented, and equipped with transformational leadership and outstanding communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining records of all sales related collection.
• Daily entry of the packaging collections into the ERP software.
• Constantly monitoring collection against customers’ outstanding bills.
• Monthly sales, collection & dues reconciliation of various customers & sales employees.
• Finalizing the monthly sales, collection & dues reports & obtaining the sales employees' signature.
• Preparing daily collection reports & provide them to management.
• Processing all types of financial repots daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Cheque & cash collection deposit at the bank.
• Bank reconciliation of accounts.
• Preparing official Correspondence for Bank deposits.
• Preparing bill against product deliveries based on challans and sending to customers.
• Monthly delivery bill processing as per organizational needs and present to management.
• Maintaining daily cash transaction.
• Any other tasks assigned by the management.
