∎ Should have experience in Exchange server administration and related technologies.
∎ Strong knowledge of Exchange Server 2013/2016/2019, Exchange Online, and related technologies.
∎ Experience with PowerShell scripting for Exchange administration automation.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Effective communication skills for collaborating with other IT teams and end-users.
∎ Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
∎ Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
∎ Vendor certification: MCSA, MCSE, Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert is preferable
∎ Should have experience in Exchange server administration and related technologies.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Managing and administering Microsoft Exchange Servers and related technologies.
∎ Installing, configuring, and maintaining Exchange server software and related components.
∎ Monitoring and resolving issues related to Exchange mailboxes, message tracking, and transport logs.
∎ Deploying and configuring Exchange Online Protection (EOP) or Email Security Gateway like Trend Micro DDEI for inbound and outbound email protection.
∎ Managing and monitoring email infrastructure for high availability and optimal performance.
∎ Developing and implementing Exchange server backup and recovery strategies.
∎ Managing Active Directory and DNS Server.
∎ Performing system administration, security, and maintenance duties as required.
∎ Managing and administering Microsoft Exchange Servers and related technologies.
