Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and generate new business opportunities for ERP software sales.
∎ Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
∎ Present and demonstrate ERP solutions to prospective clients.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
∎ Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
∎ Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and agreements.
∎ Collaborate with the implementation and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution.
∎ Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts to the management.
∎ Travel frequently outside Dhaka to meet potential clients and attend industry events.
∎ Proven experience in software sales, preferably ERP solutions.
∎ Strong understanding of ERP systems and their applications in various industries.
∎ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
∎ Willingness to travel frequently outside Dhaka.
∎ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
