Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain ERP system operations for daily business activities

• Ensure accurate and efficient data entry across systems (products, inventory, orders, etc.)

• Handle large datasets using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

• Generate reports and dashboards for sales, inventory, and operations

• Monitor and troubleshoot ERP-related issues and coordinate with vendors if needed

• Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and security across platforms

• Support e-commerce operations team with technical and data-related tasks

• Assist in automating repetitive tasks using formulas or tools (preferred)

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (experience in e-commerce ERP will be a plus)

• Good skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

• Fast and accurate data entry skills

• Basic understanding of data management and reporting

• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an e-commerce company

• Knowledge of automation tools, macros, or Google Apps Script

• Basic understanding of databases (SQL is a plus)
