Education:

• The candidates should have Post-graduation degree from any UGC approved university.

• No 3rd Division/Class in academic attainments.

• In grading system not below GPA 2.00 in SSC and HSC and CGPA 2.25 in graduation and post-graduation.

• The EO/SO/Officer should have minimum 05/04/03 years’ professional work experience in Banking/NBFI/Law Firm regarding legal vetting, verification from govt offices, RM, RIGPA and related deed drafting, RJSC filling as per Bank’s policy.

• Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English and be well conversant in Computer Literacy and sound analytical proficiency.

• Scrutinizing loan related property documents for legal vetting.

• Identifying list of required documents and forwarding the same to concerned branch.

• Maintaining liaison with Bank’s Panel Lawyer for finalization of Legal Vetting Report, Verification report, Mortgage Documentation, RJSC Searching etc.

• Searching/verification of property documents at the SRO, AC Land Office, Tahshil Office and other related offices.

• Adequate knowledge in The Registration Act, The Transfer of Property Act, The Stamp Act, The Negotiable Instrument Act, The Artha Rin Adalat Ain, The Powers of Attorney Act, The State Acquisition & Tenancy Act and other land related Acts.

• Any other loan documentation issue(s) as assigned by the competent authority.
