Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Review and evaluate insurance claims or maturity submitted by policyholders to determine the validity and accuracy of claims or maturity based on policy coverage.
∎ Collect, organize, verify, and calculate all necessary documentation related to claims or maturities, and process the file accordingly for settlement.
∎ Communicate with policyholders, agents, and other stakeholders to provide updates on claim status, clarify information, and address any concerns or questions.
∎ Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly, maintaining a positive relationship with policyholders throughout the claims process.
