Job Context:
∎ The Enumerator will support the project team in the assessment, and evaluation the shelter upgrades project. The Enumerator will support the project team to accomplish our objectives as described in the project log frame and support monitoring and reporting based on organizational and donor guidelines. The Enumerator will be expected to comply with both World Concern and Medair organizational policies and procedures as well as government and donor requirements.
∎ Contract Duration : 1 month ( with a possible extension depending on the fund availability of the donor)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Actively participate in training to perform the evaluations using all material, techniques and recommendations given by Medair
∎ Demonstrate understanding of role and responsibilities in post-training test
∎ Organize a systematic visit of all assigned households in the camp
∎ Coordinate with volunteers for the visits and verification
∎ Insure that the data are produced on time, and that it's up-to-date
∎ Conduct hour long surveys with attention to detail to ensure data is accurate
∎ Actively communicate with direct supervisor any problem or question for decision-making and problems-solving
∎ Inform the PM/CD/HR manager in case of any major (potential) issue within these areas of responsibility as well as any (suspected) cases of fraud and/or security concerns.
∎ The Enumerator may be asked to also support other activities in the office or the field depending on need and when other work is slow.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Understand, articulate and support World Concern and Medair vision, mission, core identity and values
∎ At least 6-months work experience
∎ Demonstrated ability to read, write and speak Bangla
∎ Ability to speak in the local Chittagonian dialect
∎ Demonstrate ability to understand basic English and type basic English into a tablet
∎ Problem solving capabilities, organizing and communication skills
∎ Ability to use a smartphone and/or a tablet
∎ Previous experience working with a humanitarian organization
∎ Previous experience working with the Forcibly Displaced Myanmar Nationals

Salary: Negotiable
