Job Responsibilities:
∎ JRRP is conducting a KAP survey to establish a baseline for community well-being; prevalence of communicable and non-communicable diseases; vaccine coverage; maternal and child health knowledge and health seeking behaviours; uptake of and attitude towards family planning; infant and young child feeding practices including exclusive breastfeeding; knowledge of key hygiene practices to prevent communicable diseases; and attitudes towards COVID-19 vaccines. The KAP survey will be conducted in Camps 5, 7 and 12.
∎ 1. Survey Planning
∎ Participate in the training before data collection
∎ Get acquainted with the data tools and pre-test in a similar population.
∎ 2. Data Collection.
∎ Collect data from participants following the sampling technique
∎ Ensure data submission at the end of each day
∎ Coordinate with camp community health supervisors to allocate CHW to work with
∎ Report to the consultant or Meal officer any incidents in the field.
∎ Adhere to the FH code of conduct while executing the duties
∎ Maintain the COVI-19 prevention SOP for community engagement.
∎ 3. DELIVERABLES:
∎ Cover 5 households each day during the survey period.
∎ Submission of complete quality data
∎ 4. JRRP RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Develop and finalize survey instruments in English and Rohingya in Kobo.
∎ Arrangement of travel from Cox’s Bazaar to different survey sites.
∎ Facilitate transport within Bangladesh.
∎ Conduct enumerators’ training including field practice (pre-test) and competency review
∎ Reimburse reasonable expenses with valid receipts
Salary:
∎ Enumerator fee and all other Benefits will be calculated as daily basis.
