Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc./M.Sc. in CS/CSE/ECE/EEE or equivalent and relevant engineering degree
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Troubleshoot of L1 & L2 system, network related issues.
∎ End user support through phone, Remote logging for HO, Annex & Branches users.
∎ Perform IT Helpdesk activates
∎ Perform NOC activates like Monitoring DC DR infrastructure (24/7).
∎ Perform AD, Exchange, SCCM, and File Server related administrative job
∎ Administration & Maintenance of end point solutions (Antivirus).
∎ Perform CBS EoD process as well as Ensuring data Backup
∎ Preparing host (laptop/desktop) for HO, Annex & Branches users
∎ Maintaining Hardware & Software related support (Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Scanner, UPS)
∎ Perform communication with different service provider & Vendors
∎ Maintain & Management of IT Inventory
∎ Monitor Network health (LAN, WAN, IT infrastructure)
∎ Vendor Communication, Trouble ticket handling with vendor/OEM GSS
∎ To ensure that the appropriate level of IT support is provided to cross functional teams, partner, supplier & banks employees. Shifts are allocated according to the organization's Roistering Policy and that all obligations are met in relation to participants and employees
∎ As an IT infrastructure team member ready to perform 24x7x365 activity in the physical presence or remote support to DC, DR, Branch, partner premises & any other premises (as bank required) to ensure business continuity & smooth IT operation, emergency handling and crises management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Age limit may be relaxed for experience and deserving candidate
∎ At least 3 years' experience in relevant filed
∎ Very good knowledge of NOC/SOC Operation and monitoring
∎ Very good knowledge system and network administration
∎ Relevant vendor certification
∎ Relevant Training from authorize training center
