∎ B.Sc./M.Sc. in CS/CSE/ECE/EEE or equivalent and relevant engineering degree

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administration and Maintenance of VMware (VCF & NSX-T) Infrastructure.
∎ Administration and Maintenance of Windows, Linux and Hyper-V Infrastructure.
∎ Administration and Maintenance of Active Directory, DNS Server.
∎ Administration and Maintenance of Public cPanel DNS & hosting services
∎ Administration and Maintenance of Microsoft Exchange, SMTP Smart host with queue management (zimbra, postfix preferably).
∎ Administration and Maintenance of Exchange Online Protection, Active Directory Sync and ATP for Email Server.
∎ Administration and Maintenance of Full-fledged File Server with quota, reporting & screening management.
∎ Administration and Maintenance of SCCM & patch management server.
∎ Administration and Maintenance of Trend Micro EDR for End Points.
∎ Administration and Maintenance of Trend Micro EDR for Servers.
∎ Administration and Maintenance ATM system (generic service operation & OS level)
∎ Vendor Communication, Trouble ticket handling with vendor/OEM GSS.
∎ To ensure that the appropriate level of IT support is provided to cross functional teams, partner, supplier & banks employees. Shifts are allocated according to the organization's Roistering Policy and that all obligations are met in relation to participants and employees
∎ As an IT infrastructure team member ready to perform 24x7x365 activity in the physical presence or remote support to DC, DR, Branch, partner premises & any other premises (as bank required) to ensure business continuity & smooth IT operation, emergency handling and crises management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Age limit may be relaxed for experience and deserving candidate
∎ Minimum 04 to 8 years' experience, depending on the rank applied for
∎ Applicants must have expertise level of knowledge regarding Windows, Linux server environment
∎ Applicants must have expertise level of knowledge regarding Virtualization platform such as Hyper-V, VMware
∎ Applicants must have a high level of knowledge regarding cloud environment
∎ Very good knowledge security hardening of end user host & server system
∎ Relevant vendor certification
∎ Relevant Training from authorize training center
