Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC or Bachelor in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reach allocated monthly and yearly targets by approaching the right segment and by ensuring quality sales.
∎ Visit the respective areas and ensure orders by himself.
∎ Contact with Corporate Account Manager daily regarding updated development of the area.
∎ Plan, fix, and achieve the sales target of the region for SIM & Handset.
∎ Maintain all steps of the sales process and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
∎ Use all relevant business data e.g. Zero usage, churn report, dormant report to drive the business forward through taking day-to-day decisions.
∎ Apply satisfactory selling techniques to deliver consistent sales performance.
∎ Maintaining highest level of business ethics and company compliance policy.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Interpersonal Skill
∎ Result- Oriented
∎ Self-motivated and able to perform job independently
∎ Willing to travel extensively within the geographic boundary.
∎ Have good understanding on the core elements of sales & distribution and how they work.

Salary:
∎ Fixed Salary: Tk 10,000 + (Sales Incentives)
