Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Represent clients in civil, criminal, and corporate cases before courts, tribunals, and other authorities.
∎ Draft legal documents such as petitions, plaints, written statements, and contracts.
∎ Advise clients on legal matters related to various areas including family law, corporate law, property law, etc.
∎ Conduct legal research to support ongoing cases and provide solutions to complex legal issues.
∎ Negotiate settlements and settlements of legal disputes on behalf of clients.
∎ Maintain client files and ensure proper documentation for case management.
∎ Collaborate with senior advocates and other legal professionals for case strategy and development.
∎ Proven experience in legal practice, especially in civil and corporate law.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
∎ In-depth knowledge of Bangladeshi legal principles, procedures, and the judicial system.
∎ Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
