Responsibilities & Context:
Represent clients in civil, criminal, and corporate cases before courts, tribunals, and other authorities.
Draft legal documents such as petitions, plaints, written statements, and contracts.
Advise clients on legal matters related to various areas including family law, corporate law, property law, etc.
Conduct legal research to support ongoing cases and provide solutions to complex legal issues.
Negotiate settlements and settlements of legal disputes on behalf of clients.
Maintain client files and ensure proper documentation for case management.
Collaborate with senior advocates and other legal professionals for case strategy and development.
Proven experience in legal practice, especially in civil and corporate law.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
In-depth knowledge of Bangladeshi legal principles, procedures, and the judicial system.
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
