Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context: We are a leading manufacturing company actively involved in different kinds of basic chemical, auxiliary chemical, Petro chemical, and FMCG industry. We’re currently seeking a dynamic and qualified Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) graduate to join our Production Department. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth, cost-effective, and safe production of adhesive chemical products by applying process optimization techniques, Lean Manufacturing principles, and Six Sigma methodologies.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor daily production operations to ensure efficient resource utilization and minimize downtime.
Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma techniques to enhance productivity, reduce waste and defects, and streamline workflow.
Monitor and control chemical process parameters to consistently meet quality and output targets.
Troubleshoot process and equipment-related issues in coordination with the maintenance team.
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through root cause analysis, process re-engineering, and quality improvement strategies.
Collaborate with Quality Control, R&D, and Supply Chain departments to support seamless production and new product trials.
Maintain accurate production documentation and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Train and guide production staff on Lean principles, Six Sigma tools, and safe operational procedures.
