• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Diploma in Power

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Indenting Firm, Group of Companies, Escalator/Elevator/Lift, Importer, Power

• Age 22 to 25 years
• Only Male

• English Speaking and communication in written/oral.

• Fresh Engineers can be considered as a special performance in communication and in the written/oral interview.

• The applicants must have knowledge on Construction equipment / Heavy Equipment and its Service Support.

• Identify and rectify machine problems and resolve as required.

• Handle and resolve customer complaints related to any heavy equipment.

• Installed and commissioned the newly arrived machinery at the customer`s site.

• Professionally attend the site to identify the machine’s problem.

• Coordinate with the parts team and the operation of the customer’s parts delivery/receiving issues.

• Maintain proper documentation of all machine services.

• Provide instant feedback to both the client and the concerned authority.

• Guide the technicians to a satisfactory solution of any trouble.

• Willing to travel anytime and anywhere if required within Bangladesh.

• Ready to go for training, workshop or seminar out of the country.
