• Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

• Strong knowledge of mechanical processes, industrial engineering principles, and factory operations.·      

• Proficiency in AutoCAD/SolidWorks, MS Excel, and production planning tools.·

• Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.·

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Sound knowledge of ISO standards, 5S, Kaizen, and other manufacturing practices.

• Strong leadership, team management, and analytical skills.

•   Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali.

• Oversee daily factory operations, including production, maintenance, planning, and manpower allocation.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and efficiency.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and maximize productivity.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, schedules, and KPI metrics.
• Ensure proper utilization of machinery, materials, and labor to achieve production targets.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and monitor machine performance.
• Work closely with design, QC, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct time & motion studies, process audits, and suggest improvements for workflow optimization.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Analyze production bottlenecks and propose corrective actions for process improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, QA, procurement, and logistics.
• Monitor material consumption and inventory control; ensure alignment with production planning.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen.
• Provide technical support in equipment selection, process optimization, and automation.
• Supervise and train production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth workflow.
