Experience:

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Interior Design

• Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering
• Diploma in Engineering in Architecture

• Diploma in Civil / Architecture with strong project implementation experience

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Interior Design

• Age At least 24 years

• Experience on Cost Estimate and BOQ

• Strong ability to red 2D, 3D Design

• Experience in implementing carpentry, electrical, Plumbing, False ceiling, Panting, and furniture

• Resolved on-site technical issues and ensured adherence to design standard.

• Ability to prepare MB/IPC Government and semi- Government works.

• Completed over 20+ residential and Commercial Projects.

• Coordination with project management.

• Strong understanding of interior drawings, AutoCAD, measurements, levels.

• Ability to manage multiple teams and handle site pressure.

• Good communication and reporting skills.

• Must be honest, responsible, and deadline-oriented.

We are looking for an “Implementation Engineer” to oversee operations and execution of the conglomerate.

Job Description:

• Execute and supervise interior design project implementation at site.

• Maintain project schedule, quality, and safety standards.

• Coordinate with designers, contractors, suppliers, and project teams.

• Prepare BOQ, material lists, work schedules, and progress reports.

• Ensure proper installation of furniture, partitions, ceiling, flooring, lighting, and MEP works

• Coordination & communication

Workplace:

• Mohakhali DOHS, Dhaka and Project site anywhere in Bangladesh (When required)
