∎ Perform the maintenance of fiber and wireless networks to ensure optimal performance.
∎ Managed and led the field technician team to effectively handle network-related tasks.
∎ Conduct client requirement analysis and perform physical surveys to assess network needs.
∎ Handle configuration tasks for various network products from different vendors.
∎ Oversee network operations and ensure ongoing maintenance for smooth functionality.
∎ Monitor client links, troubleshoot issues, and provide physical support when necessary.
∎ Prepare and submit various official reports related to network performance and team activities.
