Responsibilities & Context:
Plan and oversee construction of new factory buildings, warehouses, and utility structures.
Ensure layouts support production flow, worker safety, and compliance with fire and building codes.
Apply BNBC (Bangladesh National Building Code) and RSC (Ready-Made Garments Sustainability Council) standards.
Conduct regular inspections of foundations, columns, beams, and roofing.
Prepare reports for compliance audits and buyer inspections.
Supervise repair works for floors, walls, drainage, and utility systems.
Manage expansion projects (e.g., adding production floors or storage areas).
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers.
Prepare budgets, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
Monitor construction progress and quality control.
Ensure compliance with international buyer requirements (e.g., Accord/Alliance standards).
