∎ Experience at least 3-4 years experience in NGO. Development Agency, Digital and entrepreneurial skills are essential to meet the positions desired outcome and goal.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare of monthly / quarterly plans of Youth led entrepreneurship and wages development.
∎ Assist to conduct market assessment survey and analyze information indentify potential service providers. Input/output market actors, project partners and products (households) and assist to support for developing linkage among the targeted households.
∎ Conduct 3 days long entrepreneurship training with the Youths.
∎ Support to develop social entrepreneurship HUB at working location.
∎ Developed carrier development plan of youth for self-employability.
∎ Exploring youth led initiatives at community intervention.
∎ Support community mobilized to conduct awareness session with parents and community.
∎ Conduct meeting with financial instructions, companies and other market actors for market linkage development.
∎ Partnership development meeting with key stockholder of corporation, associations and Govt. Etc.
∎ To support the project coordinator in preparing the quarterly, half yearly and annual report of the project.
∎ Receive orientation and maintaining organizations child safeguarding and others policies and guideline.
∎ To work in team, to be non-discriminatory and gender sensitive.
∎ Understanding the child protection.
∎ Understanding of the PSEA policy.
∎ Understanding of rights based / Child rights programming.
∎ Understanding of youth rights / Youth rights programming.
∎ Knowledge & skill to analyzing Human rights and Child Rights situation in the global, national and local level.
∎ Knowledge & skill to analyzing Youth Rights situation in the global, national and local level.
∎ Working knowledge of MS-Office, Excel, PowerPoint, internet and excellent in verbal & written communication skills both Bengali & English.
∎ Ability to organize workshop/ Training/ Meeting/ Orientation/ Job Fair for community based groups and different stockholders, Youth and job sinkers.

∎ BITA (Bangladesh Institute of Theatre Arts) a non-governmental organization has been administering development initiatives focusing human rights, cultural upliftment and poverty alleviation since 1994.
∎ The basis of development intervention in BITA is rights based approach. Following the Rohingya’s influx in Bangladesh, BITA has is set up a technical skills program in the host community, in Cox’s Bazar district (Ramu and Cox’s Bazar Sadar). BITA has sequentially developed an empowerment process which starts its journey from building relationship with communities through communication, support them with rising of their awareness level, facilitating them in transforming their trust into internalization capacity to visualize self-development, make them confident to become actor from observer.
∎ The scope of BITA is looking a suitable candidate for the post of Employment support officer of the project staffs of the program titled Accenture Youth Employability Skills GG8 (Skills to succeed) Project funded by Save the Children for Host Community at Ramu & Cox’s Bazar Sadar, in Cox’s Bazar District.
∎ Job responsibilities:
