• Master`s degree in sociology, social work, Business studies, anthropology, women studies and development studies

• Experience Requirements: Minimum 12 years working experience in the field of Youth development and specific experience in job replacement;

• Additional Requirements

• Team building capacity

• Written and oral communications skills in English and Bengali

• Computer literacy, including the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Respect on gender, PSEA, Safeguarding, code of conduct and cultural diversity

• Committed on response in any humanitarian emergency if necessary

• Able to drive a motorbike with valid motorbike driving license

• Able to operate virtual platform like Skype/Zoom/Team etc.

• Employment Service Specialist will be responsible to Project Head;

• Minimum 12 years working experience in the field of Youth development and specific experience in job replacement;

• Minimum 05 years` experience in maintaining employment, often by providing career counselling, job placement assistance, and connecting job seekers with employers;

• Assess job seekers’ skills, experience, and career goals, match candidates to job openings based on qualifications;

• Conduct workshops on job readiness topics, attend community events or job fairs to promote services;

• Possess experience in bolstering innovative business models centered around the creation and exchange of intellectual assets within the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) and related industries;

• Demonstrate proficiency in crafting a deployable human resource pool for designated trades by enhancing job readiness factors.

• Capable of facilitating youth participation in pertinent industries, particularly focusing on female and disadvantaged group engagement through targeted training, provision of career information and advice, and enhancing employer hiring processes especially in EZs, EPZs, IZs, HTPs, and STPS.

• Proficient in establishing connections between the youths and the business community by leveraging the mentors for the provision of career advice and guidance.

• Regular Field Visit and Provide Technical Support to Project Staff;

• Oversee the completion of all technical requirements, including project needs and deliverables, in accordance with the project work plan;

• Capture Documentation, Best Practices, and Lessons Learnt and Share with Respective Personnel;

• Report writing, analyse data for decision making and participation;

• In addition to that any other duties and responsibilities may assigned by the authority/ organization which need to be carried out.
