Education:

• Bachelor/Honors

• Age 18 to 35 years

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience preferred    

Major Responsibilities: 

• Identify industry specific employers demand through local market survey, interviewing, arranging stakeholders’ consultation forum.

• Identify and secure potential partner organization for providing industrial attachment and Job placement

• Ensure job placement for BRAC institute of Skills Development (BRAC-ISD) graduates

• Maintain regular communication with the employers & signing MOU

• Ensure proper communication with different industry specific employers’ forum, industry specific associations.

• Prepare monthly/quarterly report as per project requirement.

Safeguarding Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
