∎ The candidate should be a graduate any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expertise and drive to handle a sizable factory's production and its employees.
∎ Follow up the order sheet according to color and quantity before preparing production schedule for embroidery.
∎ Follow up sampling, pre-production activities, cutting, sewing, washing, and finishing according to plan.
∎ Should be able to develop new production methods to maximize productivity.
∎ Complete responsible for process improvement, R&D, production (in-house and sub-contract) maintaining on time delivery based.
∎ Ensure printing and embroidery sections full machine and table capacity utilization.
∎ Close monitoring of Embroidery Progress.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants must be able to correspond independently with Korean buyer.
∎ Fluency in Korean speaking (Both written and spoken) is a necessity.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Embroidery, Fashion Design.
∎ Ability to utilize technical expertise to level-set expectations.
