• Only Male

• At least 8 - 10 years experience in WILCOM ELEMENT3
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): HAT & CAP.
• Must have sound knowledge in using of WILCOM ELEMENT3 software & Adobe Illustrator CS5.
• Computer literate.
• HAT & CAP Knowledge experience in punching.
• Technical requirement: 3D Design, chenille, applique, patch / logo.
• Basic knowledge in Graphic design.
• Positive attitude and eager to learn.
• Strong design-solving abilities to identify issues early in the process and implement timely solutions.
• Ability to interact professionally with diverse colleagues, clients, and customers culturally and linguistically.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team.
• Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection.
• Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English.
• Must be proficient in MS Office package (Especially, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently.

• All kinds of Embroidery designing.
• Any other work as assigned by management.
