Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and assist in the maintenance of electrical systems including lights, pumps, motors, chillers, central AC systems, fire pumps, BBT, lifts, escalators, substations, generators, online UPS, and IPS.
Perform and support routine inspections, servicing, and basic maintenance of various electrical equipment.
Assist in the prompt resolution of reported electrical issues in assigned areas, ensuring minimal downtime.
Support the installation of electrical systems, lighting, outlets, and fixtures under the guidance of senior staff.
Learn and apply troubleshooting techniques for basic electrical faults.
Work closely with Engineers and Foremen to develop problem-solving skills and contribute to project activities.
Participate in implementing energy-efficient practices as directed by senior team members.
Assist in documenting and maintaining records of maintenance activities for operational and learning purposes.
