∎ MIM Group of Industries the 100 % export oriented composite Knit industry & Sweater Industry the leading manufacturer of RMG having more than 22 years of RMG export business engagement in Bangladesh with honest reputation and active challenging participation are looking for dynamic and experienced young professionals to the post of Manager: Export / Import for it`s Garments division having total composite facilities of Knitting, Embroidery, Printing & Dyeing & Auto Jacquards Machines for it`s Sweater Industry.
∎ Desired candidate is to be functioned for overall commercial responsibilities ( Export / Import) & will work with the methodical & updated reporting base day to day Export / Import activities of the Industries.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise and monitor any kind of electrical installation ie. electrical wiring, electrical load calculation, load connection, electrical panel board installation etc.
∎ To design, calculation, construction & Installation of electrical MDB, DB, SDB board.
∎ To find and solve electrical problem in the factory according to electrical & fire safety standard & compliance.
∎ To prepare and ensure preventive maintenance to the electrical system.
∎ To monitor and maintain substation and electrical panel board (LT, HT, PFI, MDB, SDB, DB panel) according to compliance.
∎ To installation and maintenance of central addressable fire alarm system (Fire Alarm, Smoke Detector, Head Detector, Manual call point).
∎ To create electrical single line diagram, electrical layout plan by Auto-CAD and other software.
∎ To maintain electrical related documents i.e. all electrical drawing layout, diagram, electrical checklist, inspection and maintenance record & others file.
∎ To prepare electrical spare parts requirement & give indent according to requirement.
∎ To prepare for electrical audit conducted by various Buyer/Audit team i.e. Bearue veritas (BV), walmart, Accord, Alliance, RSC, Intertek, Sedex, SGS along with other ethical / environmental/ technical/ electrical and fire safety etc.
∎ To analyze corrective action plan (CAP) report and provide feedback to the buyer/audit team after taking corrective action according to CAP report.
∎ To conducting monthly internal electrical audit, preparing CAP Report & discuss with the factory concern about the report.
∎ Should have practical knowledge on operating (Gas/Diesel Generator, Boiler Compressor & Chiller)
∎ Responsible to ensure optimum utilization of energy (power, air, steam, gas etc.) and measure units of utilities produced, utilized and waste through monthly reporting.
∎ Ensure zero down time through preventive maintenance and relevant reporting.
∎ Monitor and supervise all the utilities such as air compressor, diesel and gas generator, steam boiler, chiller, water pump, workshop.
∎ Ensure proper monitoring and follow up routine for schedule maintenance including break down maintenance, prevent maintenance, troubleshooting maintenance.
∎ Maintain and troubleshooting of different kind of electrical machines.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the superior authority from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates should have well knowledge in Computer literacy (Word, Excel & Excess) & adequate knowledge in English language.
∎ Candidate should have hard working mentality, honest & discipline as well as able to take challenge to any situation of the Company.
