• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• Age 25 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Comprehensive knowledge in drawing development (2D and 3D in AutoCAD, proficiency in written and oral English, good technical skills. Shall be responsible for Electrical and Information Technology activities.

• Preparing electrical drawing and details of residential and commercial building with Circuit diagram. 

• Proficiency in AutoCAD drafting. 

• Need self-organizing quality in documents arrangement.Need proper knowledge on Electrical and fire related market update product and their specification.

• Maintain good Co-ordination with vendor.

• Site supervision on requirements.Prepare RAJUK and City corporation Related electrical drawing & Detailing.

• Supervise electrical installation activities to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and safety standards.

• Coordinate with construction teams to resolve technical issues and ensure timely completion of electrical works.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective measures as necessary.

• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards governing electrical installations.

• Document all project activities, deviations, and compliance issues for reporting and record-keeping purposes.

• Coordinate with internal departments, external consultants, and regulatory authorities to facilitate project approvals and clearances.

• Provide regular updates and reports to managers, stakeholders, and senior management on project progress, issues and milestones.
