Responsibilities & Context:
- Design and implement electrical layouts for high-rise buildings, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, HVAC, lifts, and emergency systems.
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical panels, substations, generators, and related equipment.
- Ensure compliance with BNBC, IEE/IEC codes, and fire safety standards.
- Oversee earthling, lightning protection, and energy efficiency measures.
- Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and manage preventive maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, civil and mechanical teams, contractors, and utility providers.
- Prepare technical reports, load schedules, SLDs, and maintain as-built documentation.
