3 to 7 Years experience in case of BSc Engineers or 5 to 9 Years experience in case of Diploma Engineers in Electrical &/or Electro-Mechanical Design, Field Supervision, Bill-checking etc of Apartment / Commercial Buildings construction.
Should be conversant and have basic computer literacy in working with Electro-Mechanical Designs & Drawings of High & Low-rise Apartment / Commercial Buildings.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
