The applicants should have experience in the following areas: Maintenance of Production, HVAC, Utility Machineries and Equipment`s,& Management in similar post in Leading Pharmaceutical & Similar Companies Preferable Power Generators, Substation , Air Compressor etc.
Proven work experience (2-5 years ) in Pharmaceutical Industry.
Proven managerial experience of minimum 2-5years Familiarity with industry standard Pharmaceutical Machineries & Equipment`s and technical expertise.
Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and process improvement processes.
Computer literacy- Efficient in MS Office, Excel & Internet usage, AUTOCAD & Solid works drawing layout plant drawing, Circuit diagram.
Ability to create accountability and to lead by example.
Strong team building, people management skills.
Able to work extended hour on occasions when required.
EEE(Engineers) are preferable.
Candidate who is running in his job as EEE(Engineer) is required.
Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, Manage & Execute every day Engineering activity in the Plant.
Control all the relevant technicians and maintenance operators and their output in order to meet daily maintenance activity in the plant as per direction from factory management continuously.
Maintain GMP & GEP standards, ICH guidelines and Other International standards of Pharmaceutical Quality.
Ensure perfect Operation of all Machinery & Equipments concerned including power generator, substation, Air compressor, HVAC system.
Ensure optimum operation efficiency and safety.
Ensure safety operation of all machinery and periodically train everyone concerned.
Ensure regular and periodic preventive maintenance and equipment management.
Maintain, Ensure operation with Safe guard of over all electrical and electronics equipment- PLC,HMI, MMI, Automation etc in the plant
