∎ Previous experience in counseling or related fields preferred.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
∎ Proficiency in both English and Bengali languages.
∎ Familiarity with visa and admission procedures preferred.
∎ Customer service-oriented mindset.
∎ Detail-oriented and organized.
∎ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide counseling regarding PTE Admission, Exam registration, and student Visa to students and guardians.
∎ Receive phone calls and provide accurate information about applications & admission.
∎ Build strong communication with clients over the phone and face-to-face.
∎ Respond to online and offline queries, emails, phone calls, etc.
∎ Provide current information about PTE Admission, Universities, Course Fees, Admissions, Visa procedures, etc.
∎ Handle a large number of clients promptly and with adequate care.
∎ Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Physically and mentally fit to attend office regularly.
